Angelos Mavros was born, raised, and currently resides in Athens, Greece.
His musical journey began in 1991, with early lessons in organ and harmony. By 1999, he had started producing music on his home computer, marking the start of a prolific career.
Over the next two decades, Angelos released electronic music under the aliases OutSid3r and
Open Source.
In 2020, he expanded his creative horizons, blending electronic and organic sounds by incorporating live instruments, which gave his work a cinematic touch. This evolution led him to launch a new label,
Partituræ Immortales, and release orchestral music under his real name.
In 2023, Angelos ventured into filmmaking, joining
Negativity Motion Pictures, where he took on various roles, including directing, editing, and sound engineering. While deeply involved in the filmmaking process, his true expertise lies in producing music, developing stories, and crafting fictional concepts.
